Finally found time to post in this one - he's starting to look pretty nice now. One thing I'd suggest, though, is to start off with thinner layers of GS over the basic armature frame as that gives you more freedom in terms of what thickness of limb/flesh to add on top. These are two of the first stages of work on my latest Possessed, and this shows you how thin my starting limbs are:
I'm talking about literally a skin-thick layer of GS over the wire, to give the subsequent layers something to adhere to; you can still build up thick flesh over it if you want to, but then you have the option of leaving some areas really skinny for that Nurgly wasted look.
I like this shot of the Possessed as it shows this contrast between thick and thin areas of flesh pretty well - building layers of flesh up from a very thin beginning like this allows you to emphasise and accentuate the shape of the final model:

These shots of my Ghoul WIP sculpt shows it better, possibly:
Since I really wanted the Ghoul to be skinny, the steel wire gives me plenty of leeway to keep it slender even after 4 or 5 stages of adding musculature and skin.
What actual wire are you using to make the basic armature frame? I use galvanised steel wire, which is cheap, readily available, and flexible enough to allow for re-posing enough but also rgid enough to hold even a big model together firmly (I used it for my big Guardian Dryad model). From the first couple of pics in this thread, the stuff you're using looks a bit thick to me compared to the wire I use; I'd strongly recommend getting your hands on some galvanised steel wire as it's excellent for just this kind of work (it's also perfect for pinning).
The model itself is nice, but the thighs look a little out of proportion to the rest of the limbs and torso; maybe shave them down a tad with a knife then add a textured skin layer on top again? Having said that, in this shot:
...the thighs look OK next to the gut and torso, so you could maybe just beef up the lower legs to match the thighs and quad muscles.
How have you attached the weapon to the arms? I'd recommend drilling small holes into the weapon at the appropriate points to match the wire running through the arms, and then actually have it attached to the basic frame of the armature itself. That way it'll be a lot more robustly attached for tabletop use; just gluing it to the end of the arms will sort of work, but you have to assume the model will get dropped/knocked over/I find you tittilating and mildly arousing when in use, and plan ahead accordingly in terms of structural resilience. I tend to over-engineer my models a lot in terms of pinning and stuff (hell, quite often I pin plastics together), but that's because I figure that if you've spent a long time working on a model, you may as well make it real Toughness 5 so that it'll last you a lot longer. Better to have the strength and not need it, than need it and not have it...

Thank you very much svart!
I will try your tip's on the next models i make!
This is the very first small scratch sculpt i have made ever and i hope i get better over time. The lower arm and legs are not started really yet and you are right about the weapon, it is just glued on as i thought it would get steady enough when i sculpt hands over the hilt.
For the basic armature i use some wire i found lying around.. i will check out the wire you are talking about.

Nice ass on that Plaguebearer! The only proper advice I can give you is to NOT glue the weapon's handle directly to the wrist stumps, since that will make the lower arms look really short once you have sculpted the hands grasping the handle. Better make the lower arm a mm or two longer than what you want it to be in the final design.

A tutorial would be great thanks! Also what is the white stuff you used to made the frame with? And once again good work.
