I'm still stumped about what to do with the Herald and the Prince ... 20 pixels isn't much to work with.

No worries, Tim! I've taken a few days off to keep an eye on the renovations, so I got some spare time to play around in Photoshop - should at least be able to finish the priority sprites (Prince and Herald).
Was working on them yesterday night, but my PC crashed and ruined the files ... I really need an Apple!

Mmm, it can't be too big can it? I think a favicon is about 24x24 pixels?
Maybe something like the cute wee lil face in the

emoticon would be cool. It's instantly recognizable as a Papa Nurgle Forum glyph anyway!

Not that big, but easy to do,

if you close your browser and reload a few times it should appear now.. took me a few seconds to make.. when saving jsut add ".ico" on the end and it'll make it and ico image

Regarding the current problems with Ajax Chat box...

As we've mentioned before, it is a third party program we have no direct control over. The same problems with lack of online list, refreshing etc are affecting all Freeforums users that have the Chat box enabled (you should see the ranting & complaining in the support forum!).

The problem appears to be to do with the changes in PhpBB3... allegedly the Chatbox works (kind of) if you are using IE7 (not 6, 8, or an emulator) or Firefox, although I see no evidence of this.

The people at Freeforums are beavering away to figure out the problems... it should be working properly within the week...perhaps

IE7 has proven to be no remedy for a crappy chatbox ... Though it seems to be working OK again now.
