I played a 6 player tourney last week 3 games each player, 1250 points.
My rhinos arrived in the order that day so to test it out a final time i went all troops on foot.
My army consisted of:
1 Chaos Sorcerer
PW, MoN, rot and melta bombs.
5 7 man Pm squads with a fist champ.
2 With 2 meltas
2 with 2 plasmas
1 with 2 flamers
I was hoping for overwhelming the oponents troop killing potential.
My games were against:
Horde Orks with some Bots.
Orks with 2 killy boss/garg boss mobs.
Flame by Sisters, fully mech 7 tanks.
First Game against Horde Orks.
Misson was one Misson Objective in each delpoyment zone.
Both on the left side of the table.
His army:
30 shootas, nob with fist
Joined by Ork psyker
2 mobs of 30 sluggas, nob with fist in each
One mob joined by mek with kustom force field
3 killa kanz
1 deff dread
3 Deff Kopters
Pre-game thoughts:
Ouch a hell of a lot orks.
Ouch 3 kanz and one Dread, lots of stuff ignoring my main strength(t5,3+,FnP).
He set up
His shoota mob with psyker on the MO.
The mob with the Mek to gether with the bots and dread in the middle.
2nd Slugga mob on right.
I set in one line with a plasma squad on my Mo.
The Sorcerer behind the squad waiting to help a squad.
Match:
I went 1st.
On the Right one of my melta squads fought against the slugga mob who got help from 2 deff kopters that flanked.
I send in the Sorc to help.
After killing both deff kopters and arround 10 orks both squad and Sorc were killed in turn 3.
My 2nd plasma squad and my melta squad went for the Kanz and Dread in the middle.
By the end of turn 3, the plasma squad had killed two kanz, while the melta squad immobilised the dread both getting killed in the process.
In the middle my flamer squad ran towards the MO with the shoota mob on it. Charged in on turn 3 and by that reached the mo.
The sluggas together with the mek joined in Turn 4.
In the end my Plasma squad fought off the last kopta, and seccured my mo.
The flamer squad got hit by 90 ork boy attacks and 15 Pw/fist attacks and surrvied.
Only too get the last guy killed from fearless combat resolution wounds(1 fnp roll, DOH).
His Slugga squad came in to late thanks to melta squad.
The final result was a tie after 4 Rounds.
Lesson learned:
PM's rock! Take them!

One of best troop choices in all of WH40k. T5, 3+, FnP go a long way as long as there are no PW's/Fists/DCCW's.
Walking to the MO sucks.
It is important to place the PM squads in a way that the special weapons get to do what they are best for.
Second game against Boss Orks.
Misson was one Misson Objective in each delpoyment zone.
Both on the right side of the table.
His army:
1 Nob Squad with, Waaghboss, Doc, Mek for 5+ save and Fnp.
In a battlewagon.
1 Mega nobs squad (the ork termies).
in Trukk.
1 20 boyz in a battlewagon
15 Lootas
Pre-game thoughts:
A lot less orks, but way more killy.
He set up:
Lootas on a hill.
Boys in battlewagon near his MO.
Trukk on the right side.
Boss battlewagon coming over the left side.
I set up again in a straight line.
One Melta squad facing the bossbattle wagon.
Plasma squad sitting on my MO.
The other squads in one line, flamer squad facing his MO.
2nd plasma, and 2nd melta squad near my MO.
The Sorc joined the plasma squad on the MO.
Match:
The lootas killed arround 5-6 PM's the whole game.
The Nob mob in BW went over the right, the meganobs went on the left.
Both tanks get popped.
Both Melta squads get charged by one of the mobs.
Both killing some Nobs and one mega nob.
The mega nobs get killed by fire from both of plasma squad and the flamer squad charing in with support of the sorc.
The Flamer squad then proceeds to run to his Mo.
Both plasma squads turn arround to shoot the nobs advancing my Mo.
THe mob flees \o/ *dance*

In the end my flamer squad did not reach his Mo.
19 inch, minus 3 for MO radius, 2 turns, 12 + 2d6. 1 and 3. DOH.
Lessons learned.
Plasmas guns rock, disliked by many they are still the only thing you have to kill things quickly.
I was lucky to kill the whole mega nob mob after they killed a whole pm squad on the charge.
They would have killed a squad each round easily.
I was lucky to get the Nob squad to flee if not i proably would have lost.
And again walking to the MO sucks.

Third Game:
Annihlation against Full mech Sisters.
His army:
4 Immolators with TL Heavy flamers.
Each having 6 Sister with 2 meltas inside.
One had the leader on board.
2 FW WH Rhinos, those with 6 bolter fire points and one special weapon point. With Heavy flamer and Stormbolter.
With 10 Sister, 2 meltas inside.
One Excorcist.
Pre-game thoughts:
Ouch mech against horde, normally this would mean doom for the horde.
Immolators can drive 12 inch and fire their Heavy flamers meaning i need 6's to hit in melee.
But the normal horde fears heavy flamers, PM are slightly amoused. Not really but it's annihlation so i get kill points for
damaged/destroyed Rhinos and Immolators. And i got only 6 KP he has 13

.
His set up:
One line of tanks at the rear of his deployment zone with the Excorcist on the right.
I set up in one line also to charge him.
Match:
Two rounds of running while losing 5 PM's to the excorist.
Turn 3 he charged forward and tries to do the "Flame by's" with out deploying his troops.
I get to hit some rhinos and immos imobilising/stuning/shaking some.
At the end of turn three he relaises that he love to insert badgers into my face get enough kill points in time.
In the last turn i destroy one immolator, kill some sisters and whreck the excocist.
I lose my sorc in melee, and on squad to shooting from half of the army giving him 2 KP's.
I score 5 killpoints through killed and damaged tanks.
Win after 4 rounds.
Lessons learned:
<3 PMs, even TL heavy flamers are fair game.
Krak grenades on all models rock.
When playing mech against horde in annihlation you need to start racking up killpoints fast if you play only four rounds.
I hope this reports will help some people, to see how all footslog PM plays.
It was the first time i played pure footslog, and as soon as my rhinos are ready i will play some games as full mech.
I came 2nd-3rd in end tied with the ork army i played first and behind a tyranid army i did not play against.
