This is a fluffy list that I put together concerning the Heresy days where the remnants of the Death Guard escaped the disease and formed a Splinter Chapter called the 'Brazen Guard' only to be Gifted with the buboes of Nurgle later on. When their Lord, Buruli became obsessed with curing Infection but then, due to the whispers of Grandaddy Nurgle, reversed his thinking and became obsessed with causing infection.

As this list probably shows, I'm new to creating these things but this list is more to do with making an army for my own pleasure at this stage and to do with the fluff that I'm writing too.

I've already got 1574 points of it including my Pox Reekers which act as Chosens but actually look more like Possessed Marines on Horse Back. I'm pretty proud of my xconversion as I mamaged to make a Gas Mask for a Horse!!!!

All painted. I'm thinking of respraying all of them in the Bleak Brotherhood colours. Because I like it. But It's just struck me that maybe the Bleak Brotherhood aren't Nurglesque. Are they?

... errr.... *cough* I really like that you named your squads and made the effort to build your force on the paper. I did something similar, I just left the points out. I made more somtheing like a organigram, for the units I WANT to have. And therefore thought can be interchanged so that I have a pool, I can build another army out of it.

Upon reflection your right. It's not particularly wise to put blak or dark blue on dark green. My bad I'll get it changed.

I kinda left out the points until the end while designing my army. To be honest I left it at that because I maxed out the possible unit choices for each type of unit according to the codex. e.g. Elite, Heavy Support etc. I'd quite like to have a lot more vehicular and daemonic presence, not to mention Typhus-esque Termies.

I really like your Nurgle Plan, minamoto! Its exactly what I think I need to do. A kind of Pick 'n' Mix army that is a gargantuan amount of points altogether but I can pick and choose which ones I want depending on the Battle. I may create one for myself! I hope you don't mind?

Also I decided to name my troops, Defiler, HQ units etc after infections, flesh- eating diseases and such like. I think a lot of the latin names for the diseases make excellant names indeed. I especially like Vulnificus and Buruli.

As I keep insisting, I will hopefully get some pics taken tonight and have them up by tomorrow. Be prepared to laugh at my painting skills.
