Wow, GW have actually released all the faqs for 5th edition...
They suck though, loads of things unanswered in all of them..
DE took a beating too >_<
Possessed can't use the flank ability if they roll the scout upgrade on their table as its rolled after deployment >_<

I'm gonna have to go through them carefully, especially the ones for the few 3.5 codices still about (daemon hunters for instance).
Given that the Chaos Space Marine codex is 5th Ed, we're ok, the possessed/scouts issue is moot as they're probably the least used unit in the codex, let alone in a Nurgle/Deathguard army.

Neither was calling 5th edition the suck.
Nah, 5th edition is the best yet. I've played since 2nd and it definitely has a 2nd feel with much more streamlined gameplay. That's gets a big  in my book.
